According to LADbible an asteroid larger than the Empire State Building will be flying close pass with Earth on Saturday, June 6.

Although it is considered small, the space agency says the asteroid 163348 (2002 NN4) diameter is between 250 and 570 meters. It travels at a velocity of 11,146 kilometers per hour and expected to pass by more than 5 million kilometers away from Earth. Astroid 2002 NN4 will be back after nine years.

According to NASA experts, asteroids of over 140 meters in diameter, within the radius of 7 million km from Earth, classified as “potentially dangerous.” Astronomers have discovered over 8,000 such celestial bodies.
