Founded in 2007 by Alon Barzilay, Erez Naveh and Dr. Yoav Zibin. All 40 of Come2Play’s employees will be onboarded to SciPlay immediately.

According to the announcement the transaction closed effective June 22 and does not materially impact the company’s liquidity position, which is over $300M with no debt on the balance sheet. Financial details of the transaction are not being disclosed.
