Sympera AI Secures $10M Seed Funding to Revolutionize Relationship Banking with AI

Business

Sympera AI, an Israeli startup specializing in Agentic AI for relationship banking, has raised $10 million in a seed funding round co-led by Nyca Partners and Viola Ventures. The company’s AI-driven platform enhances banking efficiency by analyzing data, prioritizing clients, and enabling relationship managers to focus on high-value opportunities.

Agentic AI represents a significant evolution in the field of artificial intelligence, moving beyond reactive systems to those capable of autonomous action and decision-making to achieve specific goals.

Built on a strong foundation of data and analytics expertise, Sympera AI aims to drive measurable outcomes in the financial sector. Founder and CEO David Sosna, a veteran in banking technology, leads the company alongside CTO Daniel Gordon, an experienced AI researcher, and a leadership team combining AI innovation with deep banking expertise.

With this fresh funding, Sympera AI is poised to scale its AI-powered solutions, helping financial institutions optimize client relationships and drive growth.

Business banking represents a significant growth engine, generating an estimated $150 billion in annual revenue – roughly 17% of the U.S. banking market, according to McKinsey & Co. However, many SMBs are underserved because relationship managers (RMs), often stretched thin, tend to focus on larger clients. Recognizing this gap, Sympera AI is specifically designed for this segment, replicating the strategies of top-performing RMs by utilizing both internal and external data to enhance their effectiveness and fuel growth.

David Sosna is a businessman and entrepreneur with a notable career in the technology and finance sectors. He was a co-founder of Aleph Farms, an Israeli food technology company focused on developing cultivated beef and co-founder and former CEO of Personetics, a company specializing in AI-powered personalization for banks.

AI has the power to transform relationship banking, and we’re working with clients to turn that potential into real growth,” said Sosna. “We’re pleased to have Nyca Partners and Viola Ventures on board as we accelerate our mission.”

Founded in 2024, Sympera is an Agentic-AI platform for relationship banking, focusing bankers on the right clients, driving meaningful conversations, and delivering exceptional results, regardless of RM experience or client size.
