India’s iCreate Teams With Israel’s Start-Up Nation Central For Online Acceleration Program
The two organizations declared their intent to accelerate innovation and technology cooperation between startups and corporations from Israel and India.
Israel’s Start-Up Nation Central and India’s International Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) today in which the two organizations declared their intent to accelerate innovation and technology cooperation between startups and corporations from Israel and India.
iCreate states that it goals is to facilitate new age entrepreneurial pursuits of youth that focus on innovative applications for wealth generation, employment creation and global competition.
India’s Economic Times reported that the purpose of this program is to bring together Israeli and Indian entrepreneurs and startups to join forces on innovative projects.
Yet another example of Startup Nation starting up 5781 on a positive note. At the end of 5780 Israel opened diplomatic ties with the United Arab Emirates and a flood of business and investment deals broke through the new opening. India was once much more hostile to Israel, being more aligned with the Eastern world against the West. But recent years have seen a growth in the Israel-Indo business relationship proving once again that money talks and certain other things walk.
iCreate tweeted, “India’s leading startup incubator, iCreate, and the global champion of Israeli innovation, Start-Up Nation Central, will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on Strategic Innovation.”

Dr. Ron Malka, Israel’s Ambassador to India said, “Today we close a circle. A circle that started in 2018 when PM Modi and PM Netanyahu inaugurated this important incubator, iCreate, and now, two years later, we are signing, on the very spot where they stood, an MoU on innovation between Israel’s Start-Up Nation Central and India’s iCreate. This agreement is an important milestone in the growing innovation collaboration between Israel and India and stands in line with the visions of the Prime Ministers. Israel has the most startups per capita worldwide, and India is the top innovation destination in Asia. Together, both countries continue to form partnerships and collaborations in technology and innovation to solve a range of global issues like Covid 19, renewable energy and more, implementing high end technologies like AI, big data analysis and more.”
