“No Matter What: A Pop-Up by Planned Parenthood” will open in Los Angeles from October 16–17. The immersive, two-day public experience will center the stories of patients and providers and explore the realities of the reproductive health care access crisis. It highlights the devastating impact of the ongoing attacks on care and Planned Parenthood.
The activation comes at a particularly timely moment of heightened civic engagement and conversation around the power people have to shape the future of their communities. “No Matter What” offers Angelenos a tangible, immersive look at the real-world impact of access to essential health care and the experiences of people navigating today’s reproductive health care landscape.
The “No Matter What” pop-up guides visitors through a series of powerful, sensory experiences grounded in the care Planned Parenthood health centers provide. Without this care, people are driven to travel further, wait longer, pay more for, or go without care entirely. The installation reveals the toll of losing access through the voices of patients and providers.
Following the first “No Matter What” installation in New York City earlier this year, the Los Angeles pop-up will be free and open to the public, with pre-registration required at https://p.ppfa.org/
