But in good news his girlfriend Alexandra Vino is defending him.

Weinstein Company sued

Harvey Weinstein has had six new sexual assault and rape charges brought against him in Los Angeles, bringing the total number of charges that he faces there to 11. He was convicted in New York State on February 24, 2020 on 2 of five counts charged, criminal sexual assault in the first degree and one count of rape in the third degree. On March 11 he was sentenced to 23 years in prison. While currently serving that sentence, Weinstein can still be charged and tried in another jurisdiction even in jail.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office revealed six new charges against Weinstein including three counts of forcible rape and three counts of forcible oral copulation. If convicted in Los Angeles, Harvey Weinstein could be sent to jail there to serve whatever sentence immediately after he gets out of jail in New York. That is if he ever does get out of jail.

Weinstein’s spokesman, Juda Engelmayer, told CNN, “Harvey Weinstein has always maintained that every one of his physical encounters throughout his entire life have been consensual. That hasn’t changed.”

While Harvey Weinstein has been the poster boy for the #MeToo movements, vilified by just about everyone everywhere, he still has at least one supporter. His maybe girlfriend Alexandra Vino has reportedly come to his defense, dismissing the overwhelming number of accusation against the disgraced movie mogul.

She told the NY Post, “Everyone seems to f–king hate Harvey but they don’t realize they don’t really hate Harvey. They are being told how to feel. He is a scapegoat for this entire [#MeToo] movement and they’ve destroyed his life. It’s been like a human sacrifice. People get 23 years in prison for murdering people, not for what he did.”

Talk about stand by your man. How dumb can some people be?
